We will discuss certain types of food cravings and the physiological effects that these foods have on our moods.
2. Being healthy on a limited Budget. Learn how to stretch your grocery and fitness dollars so you can stay on track.
Everyone wants to prepare and eat healthy, but lets get real, its expensive and time consuming. Lack of time and money are two of the biggest obstacles that many of us face. We understand the struggles of trying to balance eating healthy and exercising with monetary demands. Like it or not money plays a huge role in how healthy we live our lives. With the price of gas and groceries consistently increasing it is important to learn how to stretch the dollar.
We will cover how to plan meals that will save money and time. We will start with your monthly grocery budget amount and show how to plan the meals for the month, so one meal builds on the next. By applying these basic tools you will be able to cut costs and save 5 to 10 percent on food costs. We will supply you with a menu at the end of the class.

Let us help you overcome the obstacles that are standing in your way to good health. We will show you how to apply simple strategies and make a difference in your overall health.
4. Stress reduction at work
Come and enjoy some stress free time with us. We will show you basic stress reduction tools that you can use to feel more serene at work or anywhere. Learn a few mental coping tools, stretches, and yoga. Enjoy soft music, aromatherapy, and even massage while you leave your stressful day miles away. The massage therapist will be available on a first come first serve basis.
